This Application Privacy Policy sets forth the handling of user information (including personal information) in connection with the services (hereinafter, the "Services") provided through the mobile application “Jasmy Base,” operated by Jasmy Incorporated (hereinafter, the “Company”). Please read this Policy carefully before using the Services, and only proceed if you fully understand and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please cease using and uninstall the application.

 

1. Information Collected from Users

The Company automatically acquires user information registered in the Jasmy Personal Data Locker (“PDL”) through the app. The information collected includes:

• Address
• Email Address

 

2. Purpose of Use

User information will be used only to the extent necessary to fulfill the following purposes:

• To provide the Company’s services

• To respond to inquiries and perform identity verification

• To bill for products and paid services, and process payments

Information Collected: Device data (e.g., device ID, OS, browser), activity data (e.g., usage logs, crash logs)
